In 1981, artist David Hockney designed sets and costumes for the ballet Parade at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, creating a series of large posters for the production that paid homage to Pablo Picasso's original 1917 designs for the same work. The vibrant, large-scale silkscreen posters, which feature a juggling Harlequin, were printed by The Petersburg Press and are highly collectible.
