Artisanal Series, 010 Men's Line

Presented in Maison Martin Margiela's Spring-Summer 2001 collection, this Artisanal piece belongs to the Maison's menswear line. Commonly referred to as the "010" line, the name combines the "0" of the Artisanal line with the "10" designating menswear in Margiela's iconic numerical labeling system.
Handcrafted from vintage collegiate sweatshirts, the shoulder bag is reconstructed by incorporating the original sleeves and hem into its design. As with all Artisanal creations, it is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, exemplifying Margiela's pioneering approach to reconstruction and craftsmanship.
